Techbrixia is a duly registered private limited company incorporated in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan under the name Techbrixia SMC (Private) Limited, and is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2017, and all applicable rules, regulations, and statutory requirements thereunder.

Techbrixia functions as the official technology, digital solutions, and innovation organization of Metrix Pakistan, and is authorized to plan, develop, manage, and execute technology-driven initiatives, platforms, services, and programs in support of Metrix Pakistan’s mission. These activities include, but are not limited to, education technology, digital infrastructure development, research and innovation, software solutions, capacity building, entrepreneurship support, and technology-enabled social impact initiatives.

All operations, services, products, communications, and representations made by Techbrixia are conducted in full compliance with the laws of Pakistan and relevant regulatory frameworks. Techbrixia maintains independent corporate standing while working in strategic alignment with Metrix Pakistan to deliver lawful, transparent, and accountable services to stakeholders, partners, institutions, and the general public.
